2020 has seen Covid-19 wreak havoc in the UK. The pandemic has had a huge impact on daily lives and

livelihoods and, tragically, by the end of December over 72,000 people had died. All of this has brutally exposed Britain’s deep-seated race and class inequalities. At the same time, this desperate situation has highlighted the extraordinary skill and dedication of NHS staff, who continue to achieve so much despite years of low pay, cuts and underfunding and risk their lives at the frontline every day.

Did it have to be like this? Can it be different in future?

We cordially invite you to our virtual public meeting, which will take place on 19th January at 7PM. Speakers will include a leading scientist, the Shadow Secretary of State for Health, representatives of grass roots NHS staff and the co-chair of Keep our NHS Public. There will be time for discussion.

Please register for free via Eventbrite, and pass the details on to your friends and contacts. We look forward to a lively and informative meeting on January 19th.
